Efficiency:  We understand how timely shipments are important to our clients. We deliver coffee on FOB, CIF, DAT, DAP, and DDP terms per agreement. Out Export and Documentation Departments are efficient in handling contracts. We always prepare coffees ahead of time and deliver per shipping instruction we receive from our client.

 

Consistency:  We repeat the same level of quality coffee every year per our clients' interest. We have extensive experience in preparing small lot tailor-made coffees of high quality. Our ground team is well experienced in processing coffee starting from cherry selection to export. 

 

Traceability:  Ethiopian government recently passed two bills that are aimed at reforming the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX). These reform bills opened up the door to establish the traceability of coffee produced anywhere in the country. In Ardent, we take care of coffee from the day it is picked up from the tree until it is exported to our clients. We keep all records properly to ensure traceability.

 

Sustainability:  We pay back premiums to the coffee farmers from every coffee sales. We actively participate in economic development pursuits of the community. We care about humanity behind the physical bean and the land that gave birth to it.
