Ardent Introduces a New Quality System
At Ardent Coffee, quality is at the core of everything we do. We are pleased to announce the full implementation of our new Quality Control Protocol (QCP) and Ardent Quality System (AQS) across our operations.
Our approach to quality begins long before the coffee reaches the final processing stage. From crop development and harvesting to processing, drying, storage, milling, sorting, cupping, and final export preparation, quality is carefully monitored at every step.
We believe exceptional coffee cannot be achieved by taking anything for granted. Every stage matters, and each decision can influence the final quality in the cup. Through QCP and AQS, our teams follow clear quality standards and checkpoints throughout the coffee journey, helping us maintain consistency, traceability, and continuous improvement.
The new system also strengthens the connection between our teams at origin, warehouses, quality control, processing, and export preparation—creating one integrated approach to quality across Ardent.
For us, this is not the final destination. Ardent will continue investing, learning, and upgrading our quality systems as we work to consistently improve the coffees we deliver to our partners around the world.
