Empowering Orphaned
Children
Ardent Children Center (ACC) currently provides comprehensive care for 70 orphaned children—35 in Sidama and 35 in Yirgacheffe. Our mission is to nurture every child by providing a safe home, quality education, healthcare, emotional support, and the opportunities they need to build a brighter future.
Through our year-round programs and annual children's retreats, we create a loving environment where every child can grow with confidence, develop essential life skills, and reach their full potential.
Beyond caring for children, we are committed to strengthening coffee-growing communities through sustainable development initiatives that create lasting impact for families. We also embrace environmental stewardship, ensuring that our work benefits both the people and the land of Ethiopia for generations to come.

Through ACC, children's basic needs are fully met while they receive academic education, vocational training, and essential life skills that prepare them for independent and successful lives. They are nurtured with the love, care, and guidance every child deserves, helping them build confidence, strong character, and a sense of purpose.
Our goal is to see every child grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually into a responsible and productive member of society. Seasonal Retreat Program
Each year, Ardent Children Center organizes a special retreat that brings together children from our Sidama and Yirgacheffe Centers. These retreats provide a meaningful opportunity for the children to build friendships, learn from one another, and create lifelong memories in a joyful and supportive environment.
